About the Job
We are seeking a highly qualified, compassionate Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) and Home and Community Services (HCBS) Administrator to oversee operations at our growing premier senior care community in East TN. In this role you will lead daily administrative functions and guide our dynamic caregiving teams, and spearhead compliance for both our residential facility and our regional in-home HCBS programs.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a deep understanding of TN Department of Health regulations, and a passionate commitment to helping local seniors age in place. You will ensure our operations remain fiscally sound while guiding our staff and providing our clients and residents with top-tier safety and clinical support.
